Treehouse is addressing the burgeoning international demand for high-end tourism accommodation in Puglia by developing a portfolio of luxury villas and a masseria estate. To date the Treehouse founders have acquired 10 hectares, with space to accommodate nine villas. The group has also agreed to purchase a further five hectares, containing what will become a luxury masseria, restaurant and spa.
Treehouse aims to acquire enough land to accommodate up to 50 villas in total. While we are a data-driven investment house at heart, our access to a network of local experts within the municipality underpins our ability to acquire strategic plots and maintain barriers to entry.
