Managing Director - UK

David is responsible for overall strategy at Treehouse. He has two decades of experience leading real estate data science businesses, unlocking value in international property development. He specialises in using data to refine human decisions, create competitive edge and deliver faster scale. David has an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from Cambridge University.

Director

Rosalind works closely with Treehouse's deal teams on all aspects of compliance, reporting, finance and tax structuring. Previously, Rosalind was the Head of Business Development for one of the UK's leading leisure investment houses and prior to that, worked as Business Development Director at a boutique investment house, specialising in real estate and clean energy.

Advisor to the Board

Stephen is Chairman of Wilton Capital Advisers and was previously Chairman of KPMG’s Real Estate Advisory practice. He has served on the UK Prime Minister’s Property Consultative Committee, was for 11 years a non-exec member of the UK Ministry of Defence Estates Committee and for 17 years a member of the Bank of England Property Forum. He is a former UK Chairman of the Urban Land Institute.

Operations Manager

Bryce joined the Treehouse team in 2021 and is responsible for day to day operational management. He started his career in financial services at Aon PLC in its Financial Services Group working with large cap UK and European listed companies. In 2014 Bryce enlisted in the British Army, commissioning into the Household Cavalry, where he served for the last 7 years. 

Project Delivery - UK

Maddie is responsible for project management across Treehouse’s UK developments. Having worked with the founders since 2016, Maddie has been the point of contact for agents, lawyers and contractors across multiple deals and companies. Her career began in corporate finance with WGP Global specialising in infrastructure transactions.

Advisor to the Board

Paul has 15 years' corporate finance and M&A experience, successfully executing transactions valued at a total of over £6bn. He has also advised several quoted public companies on M&A, fundraising and ongoing listing obligations. Most recently, Paul has acted as an M&A deal principal for a FTSE 250 company in the B2B media sector, executing transactions in the UK, US, Latin America and Asia. Paul is a co-founder of Bond Venture Investments.

Advisor to the Board

Nick has been in investments and advisory for over 15 years, working on multiple acquisitions, sale mandates and fundraisings both in the private and public sectors. Originally with GCA Altium, he founded Bond Venture Investments, providing support and investment to early stage technology enabled companies.
